Orders, loadings, bills of lading, containers, customs, claims, cash vaults and a journal for the Port Sudan, China and Omdurman offices, on one shared client register. Container status arrives from the shipping line automatically once the bill of lading is issued.
A travel request marketplace: one request, many offers
A traveller sends one request (a flight, a visa, Umrah or a security approval) and verified agencies compete with offers. Each agency also gets a sales desk: clients, quotes and statements under its own letterhead.
Fleet management built on the trucks' own logbooks
Trips move through timed stages from scheduling to closing, with maintenance, tyres, stock, claims and cash vaults at dated exchange rates, and every truck is costed as its own profit unit. The six paper logbooks became records, each with its own print form.
A haulage company system: every trip from start to profit
Trips with driver advances, fuel, road and loading expenses and their approval; trucks, drivers, customers, salaries and advances; invoices, vouchers and cash boxes; preventive maintenance and profit reports. Amounts are written out in Arabic words on printouts.
