Privacy policy

We ask you for nothing unless you send the project enquiry form. At that point we store what you typed into it: your name, your organisation, your email, your phone number if you gave one, the service you selected, an indicative budget if you chose one, and the text of your message.

With each enquiry we also store a hashed fingerprint of your network address and your browser type. We do not store the address itself. It serves one purpose: stopping repeated automated submissions.

To reply to you. That is the only reason. Your enquiry reaches the team's inbox and is kept in our database so we can follow it up with you.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to a third party for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool that identifies you personally.

The site is served through Cloudflare for protection and speed, and Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security purposes. Those are outside our control and covered by Cloudflare's own policy.

On our own server, in a database kept separate from every other system we operate. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer your enquiry.

Email we send you passes through our own mail server.

We keep an enquiry for two years from the date you sent it, then delete it. If you become a client, contract data is governed by the retention period agreed in that contract rather than by this policy.

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the site's email address and we will act within one working week.

A deletion request does not erase email correspondence already exchanged with you; that is removed when its own retention period ends.

If it changes, we change the date at the top of the page. We will tell you about substantive changes by direct email if we are already in contact.
