We are the data controller for the account details of our own customers and for what you send us through this website. For message data we handle on behalf of client businesses, the client business is the data controller and we act as its data processor, on its instructions.

Account details of client staff: name, work email, phone number, role and sign-in details.

Data we process on behalf of client businesses through the WhatsApp Business Platform and the Messenger Platform: their customers' names, phone numbers, Facebook and WhatsApp IDs, and message content.

Website contact form: your name, organisation, email, phone number if you gave one, the service you selected, an indicative budget if you chose one, and your message. With each enquiry we also store a hashed fingerprint of your network address, your browser type and the page that referred you, to stop repeated automated submissions. We do not store the address itself.

Basic analytics: aggregated traffic and security statistics from our server and from Cloudflare, which serves this site. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics tool that identifies you personally. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security.

Only to provide, secure and support our services, and to reply to people who write to us.

We do not sell data, rent it or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Under UK GDPR we rely on the contract with our customers; on our legitimate interests in running and securing our services and answering enquiries; and on consent where the law requires it.

For message data we process on behalf of a client business, that business determines the legal basis, including the consent of its own customers.

Data we receive through Meta's APIs, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and the Messenger Platform, is used only to provide the service to the client business that connected it, in line with the Meta Platform Terms.

We do not use this data for any other customer or for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We share data only with Meta Platforms as the messaging provider, with the hosting and infrastructure providers we rely on, including Cloudflare, and as required by law.

We never sell personal data.

Our team and our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. When data leaves the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or on safeguards recognised by UK GDPR, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

Message data: only as long as the client's account is active or as the client instructs, then it is deleted.

Account details: as long as the account is active, then only as long as the law requires.

Contact form enquiries: two years from the date you sent them, then they are deleted.

Connections to our website and services are encrypted with HTTPS, our databases are kept separate from one another, access is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and we take backups that we verify.

Email we send you passes through our own mail server.

You may ask for access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

If your data is processed on behalf of a client business, we may pass your request to that business or act on its instructions.
