We provide business software, including WhatsApp Business solutions built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API): automatic notifications, a shared team inbox, Arabic auto-replies, integrations with your systems and template broadcasts.

What you read on this website describes a service; it is not a binding offer. A custom software project is governed by its own contract, and where that contract differs from these terms, the contract applies.

You must obtain opt-in consent from your customers before you message them through the service, and keep a record of it.

You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the Meta Commerce Policy and the laws that apply to your messages.

You must not send spam. You are responsible for what is sent from your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Our software is charged as a monthly subscription.

WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta according to Meta's pricing and are billed separately.

You may not use the service or this website to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to infringe anyone's rights, or to message people who have not agreed to hear from you.

You may not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use our forms to send automated messages.

We may suspend the service if you breach these terms, if Meta restricts your account, or if we need to protect the service, other clients or the people they message. Where we can, we tell you why and what would lift the suspension.

Either of us may end the service by written notice. You can also disconnect your WhatsApp account or Facebook Page from your dashboard at any time, which stops all of our access immediately.

When the service ends, we return your data on request and then delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Details: https://suhailds.com/en/data-deletion

The name, the logo, the visual identity, and this website's text and design belong to us. They may not be copied or used in other material without written permission.

Our software remains ours, and you may use it during your subscription. What we build for you under a custom project passes into your ownership on the terms of that project's contract. Your data and your WhatsApp Business account remain yours.

We keep this website current, but we do not guarantee that every detail stays accurate, and we are not answerable for a decision taken on the strength of an informational page alone.

We may link to sites we do not operate. Their content and policies are their owners' responsibility.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We do not control Meta's platforms, and we are not liable for their unavailability or for a network outage.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them goes before the courts of England and Wales, unless a custom project's contract provides otherwise.

If these terms change, we change the date at the top of the page and tell clients about substantive changes by email.
