We sit with you and your team and read your documents and your current workflow. The output is a scope document telling you precisely what you will get.

Design
Screens and journeys before code. You see them, try them, and ask for changes while changes are still cheap.
- 03
Build
A working increment every two weeks, each one usable. No sealed box opened at the end.
- 04
Launch
Your data is migrated and your team trained, then both systems run in parallel until you are confident enough to retire the old one.
- 05
Care
An agreed support arrangement, updates, monitoring and tested backups, plus whatever new need comes up.
