How a person or a client business can have their data deleted.

Send us a request
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
Include the phone number or Facebook account the request concerns, so we can find the data.
What happens next
We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you are a client business
You can also disconnect your WhatsApp account or Facebook Page from your dashboard. This stops all of our access immediately.
To have the data we already hold deleted as well, send the email above.
If you messaged a business that uses our service
That business controls your messages. You can ask it directly, or write to us and we will act on your request with that business.
